Frequently Asked Questions

You have questions? We have answers..

Sprout Health Group prides itself in providing quality evidence-based treatment programs for individuals with addiction problems, mental health issues, and/or co-occurring conditions.

1. What treatment facilities are available?

The following treatment centers are currently owned and managed by the Sprout Health Group:

  • Advanced Health and Education – Eatontown, New Jersey
  • Cedar Point Recovery – Sacramento, California

2. How do I get admitted?

Getting admitted to any of Sprout Health Group’s treatment facilities is easy.

  • Call our Intake Coordinators who are available 24/7. They will provide you with all the correct information you will ever need including information on your insurance benefits to help you make a better informed treatment decision.
  • Arrange for a tour of our facility so you will have an idea of the treatment atmosphere including the amenities that will be made available to you.
  • Choose a treatment program that best suits your needs. Our team of specialists can also customize a treatment program depending on your specific needs and requirements.
  • Set up an admission date. We can only accommodate a certain number of clients at any given time. This is to make sure that everyone has a highly individualized treatment plan. Early reservations is thus recommended.

3. How much money should I bring?

Your Intake Coordinator will advise you regarding money matters especially for personal items or sundries which you may need during the entire duration of your treatment. You can bring just enough money to last your treatment program. However, many of our clients prefer to open an account with us so their loved ones and families can deposit money to.

4. How long does the treatment take?

Depending on the type and nature of the addiction or mental illness that needs to be managed, the treatment can last anywhere from 30 to 90 days. Studies have shown that individuals opting for longer treatment programs such as 60 or 90 days have a better chance of staying sober or mentally well a lot longer after treatment.

For individuals who are attending detox treatments, the length of detox treatment is usually dependent on the addicting substance, the history of addiction, and the presence of any medical concerns. Typically, a detox treatment can take as short as 5 to 7 days although it is not uncommon to see individuals requiring at least 2 weeks.

5. Will I go through withdrawal?

All individuals who have substance use disorders will go through some periods of withdrawal. It is for this reason that getting admitted to our detox treatment facility is important so that your withdrawal will be carefully monitored and you will be given the most appropriate support with medications, optimum nutrition, and psychosocial and emotional comfort.

6. Is aftercare really necessary?

Recovery is a life-long process. Sprout Heath Group will be able to provide you with all the correct tools and resources so you can be assured of leading a life free from addiction. Our aim is to help you regain control of your life by becoming more mentally healthy and fit.
