Taking the first steps to leading a better life
Sprout Health Group provides instant care and assistance upon your inquiry through the pre-admissions assessment, and for many years long after you have already completed your initial journey of recovery with us. Sprout Health Group offers high-quality pre-treatment services that will only serve as a prelude to how you will be treated at any of our treatment facilities.
One of the most crucial steps to leading a life of sobriety, freedom from addiction, or even freedom from mental or behavioral problems is by getting in touch with our well-trained pre-admissions representatives. You can either speak with them over the phone or you can pay us a visit anytime. You can consider the pre-admissions process as a stage of courtship where you get to know us and we get to know you a lot better.
Our trained representatives will try to obtain as much information as possible from you in order to make preliminary treatment plans that should be appropriate for your condition. Information such as the background of your condition including the symptoms that you are having problems with and any associated behavioral issues will be obtained and carefully encoded for our team of licensed professionals to determine the best possible treatment program for you.
These pieces of information will allow our team of experts to set an admission date for you. This is a very important date as it will mark the official start of your journey towards regaining full control of your life. During the Pre-Admissions Process, you will be given a Family Welcome Packet which you and your family will be able to use as an information resource for all the things that you need to know about Sprout Health Group, our treatment programs, including useful contact resources for both you and your family.
Do take note of your admission date as this officially marks your entry into the life of a changed person. On the day of your scheduled admission, you will arrive at the Sprout Health Group treatment facility and will be greeted by our very supportive intake members. They will provide you an overview of the treatment process and orient you to the existing rules and regulations as well as policies and procedures in the treatment facility. Do not really worry so much about these rules as they are designed primarily for your safety, convenience, and comfort and shall, in no way, curtail your basic freedoms.
During your admission, you will undergo a comprehensive evaluation of your condition. For first-time clients, a comprehensive medical and psychiatric evaluation will be performed to determine the presence of co-occurring conditions, be it medical or psychiatric. Depending on the initial results of the medical and psychiatric evaluation, additional tests may have to be ordered in order to ascertain the presence or absence of any suspected co-occurring conditions. Once all the clinical information have been obtained, Sprout Health Group’s treatment team can proceed to the design and development of the most appropriate therapeutic regimen for you.
The intake process will require you to submit the following documents which will form part of your Financial Admission Packet:
Original and photocopy of insurance card
Although the Affordable Care Act now covers mental and behavioral health treatments including substance abuse treatments, you may opt to use other insurance programs by coordinating closely with our Intake team.
Power-of-Attorney, Assignment of Benefits, Coordination of Benefits, and Insurance Financial Agreements are other documents that you must sign but only in the presence of a certified Notary Public.
Appropriate consent forms will also be discussed especially when it comes to the release of information to authorized members of your family or to whoever is directly involved in your treatment.
In cases where the individual’s condition is tied to a felony, court services such as documentation, drug testing, and mental health evaluations can also be provided.
