Is Our Treatment Programs Right For You?
The choice for a better life starts with you
Abuse or Addiction?
The comprehensiveness of Sprout Health Group’s cognitive and behavioral therapeutic regimen is dependent on the type, nature, and severity of the mental health condition or chemical dependence issue of the individual. Unfortunately, when two seemingly different disorders occur at the same time, one pathology can adversely affect the primary condition leading to what is now known as a co-occurring disorder. When this happens, not only does the individual require treatment and management for his primary complaint; he also requires absolute care and attention for the other disorder. The relationship between mental illness states and chemical dependence has long been established to be proportionally related. Nevertheless, with Sprout Health Group’s dedicated team of experts, we are duly recognized and duly licensed to provide management for both mental illness issues and chemical dependency problems.
Starting with a very comprehensive admissions procedure where our Intake team will introduce and orient the individual to the life inside the Sprout treatment facility, our team of expert clinicians will perform a very comprehensive medical and psychiatric evaluation of the client’s condition. Additionally, diagnostic tests will be performed in order to obtain a more accurate assessment of the client’s health status. This is very important in order to identify any co-occurring conditions for a possible dual diagnosis. This allows our team of licensed professionals to devise and implement a plan of care that is most appropriate to the client’s diagnosis.
Sprout Health Group provides all patients with evidence-based treatment modalities, tested and proven to be effective in the management of co-occurring conditions, mental illnesses, or substance use disorders. Each of these pathologies have their respective specialty programs that are implemented across the 4 levels of care observed at Sprout Health Group – detoxification program, partial hospitalization program, residential rehabilitation program, and intensive outpatient programs.
Individuals in residential treatment programs live in luxurious and very homey therapeutic milieus. This is needed to provide a very relaxing and very comfortable environment important for them to have a peace of mind and help facilitate reflection and conscious cognitive restructuring. Each client is assigned a case manager who also serves as a liaison officer with the client’s family, keeping them updated with their progress, but only with the expressed permission and consent by the client.
